Fantastic selection of tools and great customer service. I'd say pricing is somewhat similar to some of the other main sites but always nice to see sales and they do a good job notifying you of the deals. I've ordered now a few times now, some higher priced items and some smaller and have always been happy with the service. Love the free shipping on all the products I've ordered so far. Living on Vancouver Island, shipping has always been pretty quick too, from the time of order to in my hands. Everything is always well packaged as well. Will continue to do business with them for sure
If I hadn't driven by this place to see if it was real, I would have thought the website might be a scam. I placed an order and never got a shipping confirmation, even though they offer same day fulfillment. Then the spam e-mails started flooding onto my inbox. After a few days of no word, I checked the order on the website and it said it was cancelled by the customer. I reached out and they just said there was a glitch, and that I was welcome to buy they items again. But the prices had changed! They were not very clear, and they didn't take any responsibility for the issue. I'm waiting to make sure the refund appears. I never got an answer after I replied to their initial response. I won't be ordering from them again.
They are very good at e-commerce and they have the best selection of tools. This has been true since they were the first online Festool dealer in Canada. That's why I order from these guys from clear across the country!
Every order I place is weeks late. They oversell products to front load money it seems and it messes up our ability to get reliable service. The staff don’t know a thing about products when you talk to them. This place is a mess. I tried talking to the manager about it but he was really stuck up and arrogant and rambled on and on and on and didn’t give solutions. The staff are took uneducated in any of the products or services to know what to do. I cancelled a bunch of orders because the online store and sales and customer service is unreliable. This place isn’t giving any customer service that you can’t find somewhere else. Going to KMS and Lee Valley. Place used to be Dans Ultimate Tools and now it feels like Dans ultimate fools. I got my order confirmation and noticed the billing address was wrong so I emailed them but no response yet. It’s showing on my card so I think it’s ok but a response would have been nice. I’m waiting for a tracking number though and all I have is a form email from SHOP, which is some third party tracking service that you need a separate app for. I’m not interested in downloading an app and would prefer a regular tracking number. I’m also disappointed my order didn’t qualify for free shipping over $145.
